Had an awesome time with friends! We loved the outdoor pool and the fitness center had all the equipment we needed for a great workout. Breakfast was always good, and the staff was friendly. Perfect base for our adventures visiting theme parks nearby.
I did have an issue with the billing, where the final amount taken was higher than expected due to a security deposit and inaccurate exchange rate. The communication was tough as my emails bounced back.

missingWrote a review on Nov 01zero-entry poolfitness centerunexpected charges
Had an amazing vacation with friends! Enjoyed the zero-entry outdoor pool and got a solid workout in the large fitness center. The hotel offered 24/7 coffee and a nice variety for breakfast.
However, I faced issues with unexpected charges at checkout and a delayed security deposit refund.

Great spot for family trips!
We stayed for 2 nights and the room was spacious and comfy. The kids loved the afternoon lunch option, which was a nice surprise! Only bummer was that they messed up our reservation, but they fixed it quickly. Overall, location is super convenient for hitting the parks!

Our family had a great experience staying here for a week. The room was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. The daily housekeeping ensured everything was tidy, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The proximity to SeaWorld made our trips easy and enjoyable.

missingWrote a review on Sept 09spacious roomfriendly staffconvenient locationunexpected feelimited breakfast
The room was exceptionally spacious, offering both a living area and a separate bedroom, which allowed for comfortable accommodations during my work trip. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my requests were met promptly. The location is highly convenient for business and leisure, being close to major attractions.
The $25 parking fee was unexpected and the breakfast lacked variety.

We loved hitting up the large fitness center and then relaxing in the zero-entry outdoor pool. Breakfast had great variety, and there's 24/7 tea/coffee. Perfect for starting our days of adventure!
The hotel charged me a higher amount than expected, and my emails for clarification kept bouncing back.

Had an awesome time with friends! The pool was great for the kids, and we loved working out in the large fitness center. It really had everything needed for a full-body workout. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch, keeping us fueled for our adventures!
I did have an issue with my final bill, which was higher than expected, and I still haven't received my security deposit refund after two weeks. That was frustrating and took away from an otherwise great experience.

It was just a fitting option for strolling around in Orlando with excellent value for money. The breakfast had those delicious Mickey Mouse waffles that made my morning. Make sure to ask for help with the air conditioning if it feels too cold.

missingWrote a review on Jul 25spacious roomproximity attractionsbreakfast quality
Location near major attractions makes it easy to hit the parks without much hassle. The One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds offered plenty of space for my family, allowing us to spread out comfortably after a long day out.
Breakfast could use some serious improvement—limited choices that barely hit the spot, which made each morning a bit of a letdown. I encountered a room mix-up during check-in, getting assigned a room with an adjoining door that I actively wanted to avoid, especially with the kids in tow. The air conditioning unit failed us on the second night, returning to an 80-degree room after a full day at the parks. not ideal when you want to unwind. Plus, the unexpected $25 daily parking fee caught me off guard. this isn’t exactly the kind of surprise you want after checking in.
